As of September 30th 2021, the innovative seed-to-sale medical cannabis enterprise, Avida Global has acquired Canna Creations Ltd. This includes Canna Creations – a UK white label manufacturer of CBD products and Green Stem CBD – a popular CBD brand.
Avida Global has taken a huge stride forward with this acquisition. They have transformed from a high-quality cultivator and manufacturer of medicinal cannabis oils to a completely vertically integrated seed-to-sale firm. So, this merger gives them total end-to-end control over the supply chain.

Who are Avida Global?
Avida Global is a seed-to-sale medicinal cannabis oils company. The now fully vertically integrated company, which was founded in 2018, is based mainly in London. Operations extend to their dedicated facility in Northeast Colombia, a region that has ideal growing conditions for medicinal cannabis.

Candid Magazine spoke to the Chief Executive Officer of Avida Global, David Kirby, about what this new phase means for both Avida Global and the investors who have joined them in this exciting venture.

The white-label manufacturing company, Canna Creations, makes CBD products for many high-street shops. Canna Creation's own brand, Green Stem CBD, is one of only four CBD brands now accessible on Amazon. They also retail at Boots and other high-street stores. Green Stem CBD keeps its name, while Canna Creations are now Avida Global Labs.
Brett Horth will take over as Avida Global CEO for Australia, New Zealand, and Asia and will join the Avida Global board of directors with immediate effect. Nathan Whitman will take over as MD of Avida Global Labs and Green Stem CBD.
