World CBD awards beckon in Barcelona

It is just one week away from the World CBD Awards in Barcelona, Spain – an event that promises to showcase the very best of the industry.

At the time of writing 38 nominees have been selected by the jury, encompassing all aspects within the rapidly accelerating sector. An Awards Committee of six judges, representing top industry leadership will whittle down that shortlist to choose the winners in 13 categories.

 

The World CBD Awards is not just an awards ceremony however, with event itinerary on Day 2 packed to the brim with influential speakers. The event also adds up to an ideal opportunity for attendees interested in picking the finest minds available in understanding how to grow a CBD or hemp based business.

Experts aplenty

Among experts available will be distributors, manufacturers, retailers, farmers/ growers, investors, doctors, scientists, industry speakers, and media intelligence analysts. An exciting line-up of speakers will participate.

Thursday the 18th will feature the following notable authorities in the space: Leading advocate Callie Blackwell, who will speak about her experience in using CBD(cannabidiol) and the impact it has had on her son’s life.

Early morning sessions will conclude with Steve Mandernach’s briefing on the perspective of a US regulatory official. This will be followed after coffee with Michael Patterson’s speech, ‘Working alongside the FDA and the sale of EU products in the US.”

After lunch will feature a panel on the latest clinical research and a presentation from event sponsor, Relyf. Later agenda features Dr Stuart Titus, Medical Marijuana Inc., on innovation in the sector.
